Creating an accessible web site

This site aims to ensure that our information is accessible to everyone. To this end, for those with visual disabilities, we have:

• ensured the text can be made larger;

• labelled images, photographs and graphics;
• marked up tables;
and
• provided screen reader compatibility.

For those with hearing disabilities, we:

• provide captioning for audio information;
and
• use a mixture of text and visual aids.

For those with cognitive or neurological disabilities, we:

• do not use flickering or strobing designs on pages;
• illustrate many text pages;
• provide a consistent navigation structure;
and
• use plain English.
